Publications Coordination: As the Production Specialist for Red Velvet Creative, Annie coordinates with the designer and clients to gather materials, create project schedules, and price out pieces with printers to ensure publication projects are completed and delivered on time. Clients have included the Association of Children’s Museums, Alliance Française, Delaware Theatre Company, Association of Science-Technology Centers, National Family Planning and Reproductive Health Association, St. Peter School, and Folger Shakespeare Library, among others.

Since 2010 she has served as a freelance publications coordinator for Wolf Trap, creating 15–20 programs per year for their Filene Center summer series and 10-15 inserts for their winter series at The Barns. Annie has done similar program work for the Shakespeare Theatre Company laying out many of their main stage and rental production programs as well as a variety of other print pieces between 2010-2014.

A few recent articles include: Student-Athlete Takes Leadership to the National Level, Now a Dentist, Alum Embodied Campus’s Founding Spirit, and Despite Farms, Some in Central Valley Struggle to Find Fresh Food.

Design & Editing: Other clients include Blue Bike Communications, Rails-to-Trails Conservancy, Arena Stage, American Alliance of Museums, Moishe House, National Capital Kitchens, St Peter’s School Auction, Studio B, Red Rhino Orphanage Project, GOVantage Consulting, and the Lodi Community Foundation for whom she has edited projects as well as created brochures, newsletters, advertisements, and more.

Press: From 2009-2011 Annie managed PR outreach for The Global Press Institute, an amazing organization that teaches journalism to women in the developing world. She has also worked as an editor reviewing articles, grants, the website and other print pieces for GPI.
